After graduating from TCU and exploring various career paths, Meredith decided to join Mallick Custom Homes to learn more about the insurance and construction consulting industries. She considers it a privilege to be a part of the family business and is thrilled to embark on her professional journey with her dad, Stephen.

 Eventually, Meredith plans to take over the family business and continue to build upon the success of her father.
