In 2015, founder and president Stephen Mallick expanded the firm’s services to include owner representation for high-end residential estates, multimillion-dollar renovations, and industrial commercial projects. Through years of navigating large-scale construction and development, Mallick often assisted clients facing property losses due to wind, hail, fire, smoke, and flooding events, and has completed over a thousand projects in the last 27 years.
With a deep understanding of both construction and insurance processes, he recognized a critical gap in advocacy for property owners and works with some of the nation’s largest insurance carriers. Although not an attorney or public adjuster, Mallick has spent the last decade representing and supporting homeowners and commercial clients throughout complex insurance claims—many exceeding $20 million. His work includes guiding clients through the claims process, coordinating with insurance carriers, and acting as construction manager and owner’s representative to ensure fair outcomes and successful project delivery.
